NRW celebrates: Who will compete Camper of 2025?

On April 5, 2025, the exciting NRW decision on the “ADAC Camper of 2025” competition will take place in the ADAC driving safety center in Weilerswist. The event, which lasts from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., is an exciting event for everyone involved in pouring sunshine, which is intended to promote driving safety and the fun of dealing with motorhomes.

A total of twelve campers from North Rhine-Westphalia have qualified for this competition. These have been selected from a variety of applications and are now ready to demonstrate their skills in three driving disciplines and a special task. The list of participants includes:

The program of the day is diverse: the event day begins with a breakfast and briefing, followed by important vehicle checks and driving safety training. This preparation is essential to ensure that the participants are well familiar with both their vehicles and the various driving techniques.

The participants are also comprehensively put to the test for the practical application of the skilled skills after lunch. The results will be evaluated at around 4:30 p.m. before the award ceremony takes place at 5:00 p.m.

The main prize consists of a seven-eyed NRW camping holiday as well as a camping dinner and a voucher for camping products worth around 550 euros. All participants do not go away empty -handed, because they also receive prices. The big federal final will take place on September 6, 2025 at the renowned Caravan Salon Messe in Düsseldorf, where the participants for the main reward, a 14-day camping trip through Canada, compete-a prize worth over 8000 euros.

The "ADAC Camper of 2025" is more than just a competition; It combines the pleasure of camping with the highest security relevance. Participation is open to all people over the age of 18 with a valid driver's license and a travel -addicted motorhome. Accompanying persons are welcome during the preliminary round and in the final.

These include events in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Thuringia, Bremen and Schleswig-Holstein before the grand finale is celebrated in Düsseldorf.
