Joy for movement for children: Family day at the gymnastics association Ösinghausen!

The family day of the Groß Oesinghausen (TBÖ) gymnastics association triggered great enthusiasm last year with 120 participating children. This year the new edition will take place on April 5th under the motto "Rolling Kibaz". The focus is on addressing families with children from Ösinghausen and the surrounding area. Not only are the youngest, mostly at the age of three to seven years, but also older and younger siblings.

like rga.de (Kibaz) of the State Sports Association of North Rhine -Westphalia. The event offers a total of ten movement stations that are equipped with various vehicles such as scooters, bicycles, slip cars and even wheelbarrows. In addition, the event takes place in the gymnasium of the TBÖ, Weidenweg 33, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

a playful support

The "Rolling Kibaz" aims to convey to children fun with movement. The movement stations are challenged without pressure to perform, which means that the small ones are promoted in a playful and age -appropriate manner. The concept of the Kibaz itself is a range of movements that has existed for eleven years and is aimed especially at children between the ages of three and six. The focus is on the promotion of sports engine skills and development in various areas, including motor, mentally emotional and social aspects.

School groups, daycare centers and funding institutions that are interested in implementing the Kibaz should contact a sports club or the responsible city or district sports association. The program is offered both in spring and autumn, such as Sportjugend.nrw determined.

a contribution to the well -being of the children

The event also includes the sale of waffles, sausages and drinks, the proceeds of which should benefit the "pacifier gangs". Last year, various purchases such as balls, a circus tent and mats could be made with the entire proceeds. There are currently two bobby cars on the organizers' wish list.

The tasks of the movement stations are designed in such a way that they not only give the children joy, but are also important for health development. At a time when children have less and less movement in everyday life, it is of particular importance to create such promoting offers. A report of the Federal Ministry for Health emphasizes the need for leisure activities and integrating the movement into everyday life Increase the well -being of the children.

Participation in the "Rollenden Kibaz" is free and does not require prior registration, which makes the event particularly inviting for all families. It is expected that, as in the past year, numerous children and their families will come together to discover the joy of movement and at the same time to get involved in the community.
