On April 20, 2025, SV 07 Elversberg separated 1-1 in the top game of the 30th match day of Fortuna Düsseldorf. In front of 9,105 spectators in the home arena, Elversberg dominated the action over long distances, but in the end could not record the victory. The game started to wait, with Fortuna Düsseldorf playing a 4-4-2 system to control the strong offensive of the hosts.

In the first half there were only a few noteworthy opportunities; Dawid Kownacki and Isak Johannesson alone missed the early tour of Düsseldorf. Elversberg, on the other hand, was more agile, with goal shots from Fellhauer and Zimmerschied, which, however, remained unused. Shortly before half -time Damar had a good opportunity, which, however, did not lead to success either.

The crucial moments

The second half apparently under Elversberger control.
