Today, the Marienhaus Group has announced a significant change in its management. Silvia Kühlem, who has been working as a CFO for four years, will leave the company on July 31, 2025. The 57-year-old has declared her resignation for personal reasons and plans to live and work closer to her family in Bavaria. This decision has already received the company management with respect and understanding.

Kühlem has made a significant contribution to redesigning the distribution of department during her term. From July 1st, Alexander Schuhler, 54, will take on the tasks of the CFO in addition to his existing responsibilities in the elderly, the hospice and education.
