Outdoor pool season begins: Waiting for natural baths and spectacular events!

In the municipality of Neustadt, summer time begins with this year's outdoor pool season. The board of directors of the outdoor pools in Rodewald, Nöpke, Franzseebad and Wulfelade as well as the natural pool in Balneon. The first openings are now pending and the harbing of the warm weather are already noticeable.

In preparation for the new season, extensive repairs were carried out in the Rodewald Natural Bad. The measures include the repair of the wooden bridge and the western sun lounger as well as the expansion of play equipment with a goal wall for children up to 9 years. In addition, the WLAN was improved on the lawn in order to meet the needs of visitors. A special highlight is the traditional fish meal on Sunday, June 22nd, where homemade matjes variations are offered.

The opening times of the natural pool are from Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on weekends from 12 to 7 p.m. During the holiday season, the opening times are usually from 12 noon to 7 p.m., even during the week.

The Freibad Nöpke will be on Friday, May 2. Start pre -sale of the season tickets. The buyers can expect a bratwurst as a surcharge for every season ticket. Filling the pelvis will take about 3 to 4 days and needs sun to heat the water.

A special event awaits the swimmers in Franzseebad Ascension Day, May 29, at 11 a.m. The outdoor pool has laid new water pipes for the Kneipp basin, and the play equipment and the stair railing were also repaired. The opening times here are from Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., with the start of the season on June 1st.

The filling of the bathing lake in Balneon will be completed by Monday. The system needs four weeks to be able to run in and the health department checks the water quality. The start of the season for Balneon on Saturday, May 31st, is planned with daily opening times from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

im Waldbad Wulfelade will be a family party on Saturday, June 14th, from 12 Celebrated. Admission is free on this day, and the dance groups of TSV Mariensee/Wulfelade will offer an entertainment program. An auction of showers, coffee, cake and grill offers is also on the program. In addition, sports -loving visitors can register for a triathlon on Saturday, August 16th.
