Good Fortune: Emotional rock music from Gütersloh conquers the stage!

Good Fortune, an emerging band from Gütersloh, Germany, has made a name for itself in the rock music scene since its foundation in the middle of Corona pandemic in 2020. The band moves stylistically between emotional rock and elements from funk, metal, reggae and jazz. The current line -up, which has existed since the end of 2021, is made up of singer Maddy N, guitarist Luke Wirth, bassist Keith Louis and drummer Johnny Biermann.

In October 2022, the band began with the recording of their debut EP "Power Games", which was completed by December 2022. This was released in 2023, with the individual songs out of succession. As part of this publication, the track "Ballads of Lieal" also appeared, accompanied by a music video that was produced in collaboration with a local film studio. With a contract with Timezone Records, which they also signed last year, the band received additional attention.

2024 presented Good Fortune the single "A Conscious Fall", which was released in March. At the same time, the band was already in the studio to complete their first studio album "Stories Untold", the appearance of which was planned in August 2024. The work on a second album is also planned for 2025.

Good Fortune has already given several concerts and plans to further expand the live appearances. These events not only took place locally, but also attracted attention nationwide, including reporting in the "bell".

With the increase in bassist Keith Louis, Maddy N. has been able to focus more on his singing funes and the interaction with the audience since the end of 2021. This change in the cast has strengthened the band's musical dynamics and led to a differentiated sound that appeals to the audience.
