On March 21, 2025, the sold -out event "Grumberersupp and Quetschekuche" took place in the Capitol Casino. The popular artist Alexis Bug, better known as Toni Trump, performed with the talented guitarist Michael Beutelsbacher. Bug, known as Donald Trump, presented a varied program of Palatinate songs, paired with humorous comedy elements.
During his performance, Bug told his memories of childhood in Schifferstadt and surprised his audience with a song about Rettich. Alexis Bug, born in 1973 and graduate of the Westphalian Schauspiel School Bochum, brought his latest project "Grumberersupp and Quetschekuche" on stage. In October 2024 he was awarded the Pamina Culture Prize and previously received the amateur theater award "Schappo" in Maxdorf. His career began in the Prinz-Regenten-Theater in the Hemshof and extends over numerous appearances in which he appears as the bearer of the radish order and wine sponsor.
The audience that evening was in a good mood, and some guests were at one of his events for the first time. Bug, who grew up bilingual in Schifferstadt, also told the ten commandments from his point of view and humorous garden plants with a migration background. He also led into the break with the Palatinate workers' song "Freiheit".
After the break, Bug asked the audience to swirl with flashlights. He continued his performance with word acrobatics and stories about the Palatinate. The guitarist Michael Beutelsbacher was presented as "Jimi Hendrix on the guitar" and accompanied Bug’s appearance with an impressive guitar game.
