In Oberhausen, a comprehensive exhibition is organized in honor of Vicco von Bülow, better known as Loriot. Under the title "Ach what. Loriot-artist, critic and caricaturist", the show opens its doors in the ludwigsgalerie . This exhibition combines more than 300 original drawings of the famous humorist and thus offers a deep insight into his artistic work.

The Ludwigsgalerie is open on Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., also on public holidays. The admission price is 8 euros, reduced 4 euros, while families (two adults plus children) are allowed into it for 12 euros. A combination ticket with the gasometer, where the exhibition "Planet Ocean" can currently be seen, costs 17 euros. In addition, public tours are included in the admission price every Sunday and public holiday.

Vicco von Bülow was born on November 12, 1923 in Brandenburg an der Havel and died on August 22, 2011 in Ammerland, Upper Bavaria. Known for his subtle humor and talent to illuminate everyday situations with wit, he shaped German humor for decades. His career began with painting and graphic training in Hamburg, followed by successful publications in various media.
