The rental agreement with the listed US company was signed at the end of December 2024 and includes an area of ​​3,083 square meters. The contract has a term of three years. The Zircon Tower, which is located at the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 12-16 address, is the highest building in Wiesbaden to the market church with a height of 70 meters.
