Last year Fabian Reuter and Antonia Seemann won over the Olympic distance and thus set the standard for future competitions.

To ensure that the event is going smoothly, extensive traffic restrictions can be expected. According to Fuldaer Zeitung , several streets are closed in the city center and along Sickelser Strasse. These closures begin on Saturday and apply until Sunday evening, which means that drivers and residents have to expect a number of impairments.

The closures begin at Bonifatiusplatz, which is inaccessible from 6 a.m. on Saturday. Further closures are the Paulus promenade to the main guard and the Johannes-Dyba-Allee, which will be affected at 2 p.m. from Saturday. On Sunday, Schlossstrasse and Friedrichstrasse are also closed from 6 a.m.

In addition, the ride and departure of the Westring are affected at Fulda-Sickel and Fulda-Niederrode.

In addition, safety precautions were taken that are absolutely necessary in similar events. According to right-winglupe they include a duty of the organizer to protect the participants from inadequate organization and dangers, even if there are other standards in triathlon. The traffic safety obligation includes the quality of the racetrack and security measures.

Overall, the 14th Baroque city triathlon will become an exciting event that attracts athletes and spectators alike. Despite the expected traffic restrictions, the organizers hope for a safe and successful event that brings together the community and promotes the joy of sport.
