The community center Johannesberg, also known as a club center, is located directly on the main street and can be easily reached from Fulda via Frankfurter Strasse (B 254). It offers an area of ​​245 sqm that is suitable for events and family celebrations and offers space for up to 150 people (seated). The rental prices vary depending on the tenant and occasion, which enables broad use.

For tenants outside of Fulda, a 50%surcharge is due. These prices already include the equipment, including a kitchen, dishes, counter and stage.
