Originally, the construction started for the second half of 2024, but now it is clear that construction work will begin soon, with a completion and handover of the houses in summer 2026. Each of the row houses includes a living space of 132 to 165 square meters and offers space for 4.5 to 6 rooms. The design of the project is under the motto "Green Living in Fulda", which is reflected in the planned timber construction, the green roofs and the use of regenerative heating energies.
