In the Werra-Meißner-Kreis, there will be extensive tree care work in the coming week. Hessen Mobil informs that these measures are carried out from March 24th to 28th. The aim is to ensure the traffic safety of the affected roads.
In order to be able to carry out the necessary work, the affected routes will be completely closed during this time. The diversions are signposted accordingly. Hessen Mobil asks the residents and road users for understanding the restrictions during the measures.

The maintenance measures include the following sections:
- 24. until March 25: Landesstraße 3300 between Völkershausen and Oberdünzebach.
Determination: Völkershausen, Aue, Niederdünzebach. - 25. March: Kreisstraße 17 between Lüderbach and the junction to the Landesstraße 3247.
Determination: Netra, Rittermannshausen. - 26. March: Kreisstraße 20 between Markershausen and the junction to the Landesstraße 3423.
Determination: Holzhausen, Nesselröden. - 27. March: Kreisstraße 49 between Völkershausen and Wanfried.
Detoured: Völkershausen, Oberdünzebach, Niederdünzebach, Aue. - 28. March: Landesstraße 3241 between Vockerode and Abterode.
Detour: Germerode.
This tree care work is part of a comprehensive strategy for regular control and nursing practice, which ensures the safety and health of the trees. Current health situation in the Werra-Meißner-Kreis
Currently, 40 Covid 19 patients are treated in the Werra-Meißner Clinic, whereby 5 intensive care patients have to be ventilated from it. A lively infection can be observed, but the number of cases tends to accept.
