Integration pilots play an important role by supporting immigrants in the event of authorities, job search, applications and appointments, for example in doctors, schools and daycare centers. This valuable activity is an integral part of the integration strategies in Germany.
The WIR program
In the context of these training courses, the program "we" (pioneering integration) is located, which the state of Hesse launched in 2014. This program aims to promote integration in the Main-Taunus district, among other things through intercultural opening and the establishment of a welcome culture for migrants. Training for integration pilots play a central role here as well as the support of migrants in establishing their new homeland.
In addition, the program offers additional measures, such as German courses for single mothers with a foreign background and integration offers in sports. The close cooperation with municipal coordinators and volunteers is of great importance for the success of the initiative.
funding structures for integration projects
The financing of such integration projects is secured by various European and national funding. These include the Amif (asylum, migration and integration funds) and the European Social Fund Plus. These programs aim to promote integration by providing measures to support refugees and migrants.
Another example is the federal program of social cohesion, which supports projects to improve coexistence in cities and municipalities. These comprehensive offers make a decisive contribution to the fact that immigrants can build a new life in Germany.
For questions or registration, the contact details of the WIR coordinator Andreas Bernhard and the corresponding email addresses are available. The integration of migrants remains an important concern, which is to be promoted by well -founded programs and committed integration pilots.
