New board of the Söhre trade association brings a breath of fresh wind!
The Söhre trade association has announced a restart under the direction of a newly elected board. The new chairman, Raphael Sentis, 51 years old, is the owner of a general agency at Sparkassenversicherung in Lohfelden. His deputies include Thorsten Suermann von Die Watchmiede as 1st deputy chairman and treasurer and Stefan Lehmann from Café Freudenstein as the 2nd deputy chairman and secretary.
The association, which currently includes around 90 members from Lohfelden, Söhrald and Fuldabrück, was inactive in the past due to the Covid 19 pandemy, deaths and lack of commitment on the board. Sentis has announced that the region and the local economy strengthen the region and the local economy. The club's three main goals include:
- to be a strong voice for regional companies.
- to organize regular internal network meetings every two months.
- Information events on relevant topics also to be held every two months.
Promotion of regional development
A central concern of the trade association is to promote the attractiveness of the region. This should be done, among other things, by carrying out a municipal festival and through discount and bonus campaigns. Interested traders can contact Raphael Sentis on 0151/46518183.
