New tenant for gastronomy in the Grimm world: Application until March 23!

The Grimmwelt Kassel faces a fresh start in the catering trade. Johannes Reinhold emits the management of the "Falada" restaurant and garden gastronomy in the vineyard after he has been responsible for the gastronomic support of the facility since 2015. From February 2026, the Grimmwelt is looking for a new tenant for this area. The application deadline runs until March 23, 2025 and can be submitted by email. After more than ten years of successful commitment, Reinhold and the Grimmwelt plan to break new ground. Reinhold expressed his thanks to the Kassel population who supported him and his team during the years. In the future, he wants to strengthen his other gastronomic locations, including Siebenbergen, Le Chat Noir and Veloce, and also work on new projects.

The gastronomy of the Grimmwelt Kassel is supposed to address a wide audience of exhibition and event guests. A central concern is the development of a varying menu that takes into account seasonal adjustments and different price ranges. The available catering area comprises around 100 square meters and offers space for around 70 guests. In addition, there is a multifunctional area with 113 square meters that can be used for events.

The opening times of the Grimm world are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the exception of Christmas Eve and New Year. The gastronomy must be open according to the opening times of the exhibition in order to offer the guests a holistic experience.
