The German Weather Service (DWD) has given a clear frost warning for Hesse. The warning will apply from this evening, January 19, 6 p.m., and ranges until Monday, January 20, 11 a.m. The temperatures will probably fall up to minus 5 degrees in the coming night, in deep layers and valleys even up to minus 7 degrees, which is worrying for many regions in Hesse.
The following counties are particularly affected, in which warnings for frost up to minus 7 degrees were given: Gießen, Marburg-Biedenkopf, Lahn-Dill, Fulda, Vogelsberg, Main-Kinzig and Wetterau.
