The city administration of Erlensee was recently honored with the award "Family-friendly company in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis". This recognition was presented by the family alliance of the Main-Kinzig district in order to honor the efforts of companies in the region that work for family-friendly working conditions. First district member Andreas Hofmann handed over the award to Mayor Stefan Erb, who enjoyed appreciation for the city administration.

Ciani praised the individual solutions that the city administration implements to master the challenges of compatibility.

Family friendliness as a competitive factor

The Flexa GmbH, which produces metal goods, in particular cable protection hoses and cable protection systems, shows that family -friendly measures are not only relevant for office activities, but also for production employees. Alina Klein, personnel officer at Flexa, emphasized the good relationship of trust between the workforce and the management. This is particularly important to create a positive corporate culture.

Ruth Hohage informed that part -time training opportunities represent an effective means of getting into skilled workers and are also offered flexible working time models in production professions.
