In the night of Monday, April 14, 2025, there was a raid on a petrol station on the A45 near Hammersbach. At around 0.50 a.m., a masked man who was dressed in black entered the sales room of the Langen-Bergheim East rest area. Armed with a kitchen knife, he asked the cashier to hand it over.
The perpetrator, described as about 25 years old and between 1.75 and 1.80 meters tall, had a slim stature and brown eyes. He was wearing a black mask, dark gloves and dark jogging pants.
