The festival will take place in the historic pentagon in the Wiesbaden city center and offers a varied program for all generations. Wiesbaden currently reports that in addition to thrillers and non-fiction, youth novels will also be part of the literary offer.
The opening event on May 8th is opened by Mayor Christiane Hinninger, accompanied by the author Anne Stern. The aim of the festival is to strengthen the local book trade and promote interest in literature. To achieve this, readings take place in unusual places, including in a hat shop, in the IHK Inner Court and in the Jewish community. This special feature is intended to encourage citizens to discover the variety of genres and locations.
