New medical backpacks for DRK Mülheim: Modernization for the emergency services!
On May 10, 2025, the German Red Cross (DRK) district association Mülheim an der Ruhr e.V. received four modern medical backpacks. The handover took place in the aid center at Aktienstraße 58. Nina Rasche, the district manager of the DRK Mülheim, Christian Wallau, the district onbness manager, and Pascal Nawroth, who is responsible for the medical service bags, were also present.
The new backpacks replace older models that have been in use for a decade. With a value of around 1,200 euros per backpack, these represent a significant investment in emergency care. The innovative XABCDE scheme, according to which the backpacks are organized, helps to ensure that initial care is made faster and more effectively. In addition, cleaning the backpacks was simplified, which is of great advantage for the daily use.
commitment to the community
The company AZ-Clean, represented by the management of Bianca Bachmann and Nenad Azizovic, has made the backpacks available and sees this as part of their commitment to the community. This commitment was rewarded by Nina Rasche. She emphasizes the desire to further increase the DRK's equipment and is happy about any additional support that benefits the DRK.
The initiative to provide this equipment shows how important solid preparation and modern aids are for the voluntary work of the DRK. In order to learn more about the possibility of supporting the DRK in Mülheim, interested parties can visit the website www.drk-muelheim.de
