On March 1, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred at around 1:15 p.m. on the A2 motorway in the direction of Dortmund, in the Minden-Lübbecke district. A car driver collided with a truck trailer for an unknown cause. The rear -end collision caused the car to get left off the road, damaged the center protection plank and then turned 180 degrees.
