U21 national team: Reitz 'comeback and EM preparation begin!

The German U21 national team is intensively preparing for the upcoming European Championship in the summer of 2025. In two test games that are considered an important test for the team, the young talents met Slovakia on March 21 and Spain on March 25th. Both games are part of the comprehensive preparations for the tournament, which takes place in Slovakia from June 11th to 28th. The last test against Spain ended with a 3-1 win for the German selection.

In this game, Rocco Reitz (22) from Borussia Mönchengladbach was a central player. After 73 minutes he was replaced against Jens Castrop (21). Before his recent operation at the Großzeh, Reitz last played in January in the 3-0 win against Bochum from the start.
