On May 3, 2025, the season begins in the NRW Oberliga for the MG Wolfpack from Mönchengladbach. The first opponent is the traditional Bonn Gamecocks who were most recently active in the regional league. The game takes place in the Pennenfeld stadium in Bonn and will kick off at 3:00 p.m. Coach Phil Scales was optimistic about the challenges in front of which his team is facing and emphasized the team's title ambitions.
