The cross-party alliance "Borken remains colorful" is planning an extraordinary painting campaign that is supposed to set a strong sign of diversity and cohesion. This initiative is referred to as the "colorful fire wall" and is to be given creative stones along the former city wall in Borken. The starting signal for this colorful project is on February 15, 2025, and the stones are planned to linger there until at least for the Bundestag election.
