Behind this movement is a deeper conviction that cultural diversity enriches society. This view emphasizes that different perspectives and experiences represent a valuable asset. Inclusion promotes social cohesion and ensures mutual understanding, which is particularly important in educational institutions. An active cultural exchange plays a central role in reducing barriers and forming a harmonious community, as on Fielfalt
In order to promote an inclusive society, it is essential to ensure equality regardless of gender, origin or cultural background. Open attitudes towards different cultures strengthen the exchange and learning. Prejudices can be broken down by reconnaissance campaigns, which contributes to the creation of an appreciative handling. Especially through events such as the planned painting campaign and the festival of diversity, the goal is to make and celebrate the beauty of diversity in Borken.
