Dortmund 2025: A year full of exciting festivals and events!

Dortmund will come up in 2025 with a varied event program that includes a wide range of art, music, sports and culinary arts. On 2. April a free career day will take place in the exhibition halls, an ideal opportunity for job seekers to find out more about opportunities in the region. From 11. By April 13th , the city welcomes the largest e-bike festival in the city center around the Reinoldikirche, which will not only offer bicycle demonstrations, but also exciting competitions.

The e-bike festival, a highlight of the event season, will present the cargobike race this year. This is the seventh time that this event will be held. The competition consists of a 4x eliminator with cargo bikes on an approximately 400 meter long closed circuit. The participants can compete in two runs: once without and once with a given load.
