On March 15, 2025, garden owners will receive the opportunity to give up their green and tree cuts free of charge in Dortmund. From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the recycling center at Pottgießerstraße 20 opens for the free delivery of this material. This measure is very popular and offers residents: inside the chance to clean up their gardens before the start of the outdoor season.

When accepting green cuts, some important points must be observed. Delivery should take place until 5 p.m. within the entire period. It is also recommended to conscientiously observe the traffic management and the information of the noticeable. Mutual consideration among the deliverers is also desirable. It is pointed out that employees: inside the center cannot offer any support when unloading.

Each: R Delivered can hand in customary quantities, which usually corresponds to a car load. On March 15, however, no assumption will take place at the recycling yards. Anyone who has larger quantities of green cuts can hand it over to the central recycling center in Dortmund at Heinrich-August-Schulte-Straße 21. There, however, the levy is subject to a fee, with a price of 10 euros per cubic meter started, the maximum delivery quantity is 4 m³. The all year round all year round is also possible for a fee.
