The team started unbeaten in the 2024/25 season and, with their impressive style of play, once again underpinned their status as the leading force in the German wheelchair table tennis. With players like Sandra Mikolaschek, Valentin Baus and Thomas Schmidberger, the team showed outstanding achievements and dominated the competition, especially the TTC Wiehl, who took second place.

The championship was decided before the last match day at which Borussia Düsseldorf competed with a comfortable lead of four points. On the crucial day, the team won 4: 1 against TT Frickenhausen. This is a successful conclusion for the season, which was completed with a total point of 28: 0. The TTC Wiehl achieved 20: 8 points, followed by TuS Winterscheid and TT Frickenhausen, both of whom had 18:10 points, the latter finished fourth due to a lower set difference.
