On Sunday, January 26, 2025, the NABU Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis and the Heimatverein Gevelsberg invite you to an ornithological and historical hike. This takes place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the beautiful ponds in Gevelsberg am Rocholz. The beautiful ponds are a water bird area of regional importance, which attracts bird observers and nature lovers alike. The bird species that occur in the area are both birds based all year round as well as through the way through the species and winter guests. In order to be able to take part in the ornithological hike, prior registration is necessary, since the number of participants is limited to 30 people. Interested parties are asked to report directly to Axel Gosewisch to secure a place.
