Carlos Santana canceled concerts for hand injury!
Carlos Santana, the legendary guitarist and founder of the band of the same name, must cancel his planned concert series in the House of Blues of Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. The reason for the cancellation is an injury: the little finger of his left hand is broken. This injury occurred on a walk in Hawaii, where the 77-year-old musician has a house.
Santana, known for his big hits like “Black Magic Woman”, “Samba Pa Ti” and “Oye Como VA”, has been playing in the House of Blues for 13 years and had planned his next appearance for January 22, 2025. Due to the injury, however, he will probably not be able to play guitar for about six weeks. However, the doctors expect a complete recovery. Replacement appointments for the canceled concerts will be announced at a later date.
