She started ninth after a solid sprint, but had to be content with twelfth place and showed a gap of 1: 13.1 minutes to the winner after she recorded three shooting errors. Radio Herford reports that Franziska Preuß, who also improved from 28th place, improved in 20th place. She defends her yellow jersey, but has to hand over points in the overall World Cup to JeanMonnot.
