Important committees in the Herne town hall: secure appointments now!

In the coming week, several important committee meetings will take place in the Herne town hall. From Monday, March 3 to Friday, March 7, 2025, various committees days, the documents of which can already be viewed online in the Council Information System. This enables citizens to find out comprehensive information in advance.

On Tuesday, March 4, the Committee on Planning and Urban Development will come together in the large meeting room (room 312) at 4 p.m. On this day there are relevant planning and developments in the city on the agenda that can affect both short and long-term projects.

Another important date is Thursday, March 6th. On this day, both the Committee on Finance, Participations and Real Estate as well as the Committee on Digital, Infrastructure and Mobility, also in the large meeting room at 4 p.m. Financial matters as well as progress in digital projects and the infrastructure are the focus of the consultations.

The meetings of the committees are public and offer citizens the opportunity to take an insight into the political decision -making processes. Only in exceptional cases, for example in personal or contractual issues, take place.
