With the move of the Tourist Information,Kevelaer Marketing takes a significant step towards expanding its offer. From April 1, 2025, the information building at Solegarten St. Jakob will be the official tourist information of the city. Previous premises in the town hall will be closed in the last week of March in 2025, and the moving work will take place on March 27, 28, 31 and on April 1st. The new information building remains closed for these periods, but it will be open to visitors from March 24 to 26, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The creation of an optimally equipped tourist information center should not only bundle the existing resources, but also focus on the application and marketing of the city center and the pilgrimage sites. The parking spaces are available free of charge around the brine garden, which makes visiting tourists even more attractive.

From April 2, 2025, the tourism team will be available with the usual and new opening times. The tourist information in the Solegarten St. Jakob will have the following opening times:
