The groundbreaking for the new tool shed of the Millich volunteer fire brigade took place at the beginning of this week. Because the analysis of the new fire protection requirement plan has clearly shown that the existing building no longer meets the current requirements. It was therefore decided to build a new building on Baufenberger Straße in the corner to Schützenwinkel. With a gross floor area of 558 square meters, the new fire station will include a vehicle hall for two emergency vehicles with an area of 177 square meters.
