train failures and their background

In addition to the Eurobahn, the phenomenon of train failures is so worrying that Deutsche Bahn is also affected. According to a report by Süddeutscher Zeitung reported the Federal Transport Ministry 9725 over a period of time in the spring of 2022, what a doubling in comparison to the year Corresponds to 2021. These failures are often due to personnel bottlenecks.

The Eurobahn and other transport companies are faced with the challenge of minimizing the number of unusual trains through targeted personnel measures. This is particularly important in order to regain the trust of passengers who rely on reliable transport connections.

Although the Eurobahn is working on an improvement in the situation, it remains to be seen whether the announced measures will lead to the desired success. It is crucial for the passengers that public transport continues to serve as a reliable means of transportation.
