In the category "Companies with more than 50 employees", 020-EPOS GmbH, with its team of approx. 950 employees, and WBO Wirtschaftsbetriebe Oberhausen GmbH, which employed 421 employees, were also awarded. The application deadline for 2024 extended from September 1st to November 15th, and a jury from representatives of the city, economy and social organizations evaluated the submitted applications based on criteria such as the support of the compatibility of work and family, flexibility, occupational health promotion and working atmosphere.
