GirlsDay 2025: Politics to grasp close for girls in the Altenkirchen district!
On April 3, 2025, a group of girls from the age of 14 received the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of politics. The SPD parliamentary group Rhineland-Palatinate organizes the girlsday under the motto "The future belongs to you!" reports that the event girl invites you to get up close with politicians and to find out about political issues.
Sabine Bätzing-Lichtenthäler, an SPD member of the state parliament, invites girls from the Altenkirchen district to participate. The girlsday includes a variety of activities that aim to arouse the interest of young women in politics. These include sniffing parliamentary air, conversations with MPs and pursuing a debate in the plenary hall.

The daily routine is rounded off by a meeting with Prime Minister Alexander Schweitzer and includes a tour of the House of Representatives.
