Worms blooms on: Spring festival with brilliant offers on weekends!

On April 5 and April 5, 2025, the city center of Worms blooms under the event motto "Worms blooms". This campaign weekend is accompanied by numerous attractions and offers that are supposed to move both residents and visitors to the city. With a Sunday open on April 6th, an additional incentive for shopping is created.

The head of the event would like to offer a comprehensive experience that takes place in the city center, including the pedestrian zone and the market square. On the two days, visitors can expect nurseries, florists, artisans and decorators who exhibit their products. Particular attention is paid to trends for the design of green areas and balconies. The shops open on Saturday at the regular shop opening hours, while on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Various offer for young and old

A children's area in the Lutheran complex ensures entertainment and fun. Here the youngest can let off steam while their parents browse the offers of the retailers. Car dealerships are also represented on the marketplace that present their latest models and e-bikes. The gastronomy is represented by a diverse range of dishes and drinks, including sausages and crepes.

Another highlight is the blue light mile, on the fire brigade, the German Red Cross (DRK) and the "Stay ready" campaign. The attractive spring decoration includes around 40,000 plants in the colors pink, purple and white and around 27,000 tulips that will bloom the city center.

In order to enable visitors to have a problem -free journey, free bus traffic in the city center is offered on Sunday, which is available from 0 a.m. to midnight. There are parking facilities on the fairground and in nearby parking garages. Numerous regional companies are involved in the preparations. The event is supported by Jakob Jost GmbH, Rheinhessen Sparkasse, Volksbank Alzey-Worms eG and the Worms mbH business development agency.
