Kallstadt firar Fullt Life: Festival for Sustainability and Sport!

from June 21 to 29, 2025, Kallstadt becomes the scene of a festival under the motto "Fully Life". The event is organized jointly by the local community of Kallstadt, Misereor and the Diocese of Speyer. The focus is on topics such as sustainability, global justice and joie de vivre. This event is aimed at citizens and visitors and is intended to raise awareness of current global challenges.

A particularly exciting highlight of the festival will be the world record attempt by the extreme cyclist Christoph Fuhrbach. He plans to complete 10 "Everestings" on Lindemannsruhe. Detta innebär att han vill hantera mer än 277 stigningar med en total stigning på över 11 000 meter varje dag, vilket resulterar i en total volym på 88 480 meter höjd och över 2500 kilometer. The attempt begins on June 21, 2025 at 4:20 a.m. and should draw attention to the UN Sustainability Goals (SDGS). The festival program offers a variety of interactive educational offers, cultural events, music and readings. Particular attention is paid to the guided benefit hike "Solidarity goes", which leads from Bad Dürkheim to Kallstadt. This hike supports projects by Misereor, an organization that campaigns against the causes of poverty.
