New courses in March: German, yoga and single hike in the region!
On February 27, 2025, the Catholic adult education announces Rhine-Hunsrück-close-up new courses for the month of March. A highlight is the online German course at C1 level, which starts from March 3. The experienced speaker Ms. Metzen will lead the course, which consists of 400 teaching units. The costs amount to 400 euros, which also includes the examination fee.
But not only for those interested in language, the educational offer offers something. Sports enthusiasts can also look forward to a yoga course for advanced users, which begins on March 10th. This takes place from 7.30pm to 9pm under the direction of Ms. Herm and comprises a total of five appointments. Participation costs 35 euros. Language meeting and new things about the sports offer
In Idar-Oberstein, a language meeting for families with children without a daycare center is also offered. The meeting takes place in the seminar room of the city library and aims to support the language development of children aged 0 to 6 years. Participation is free of charge and includes several dates in March: Tuesdays on the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th and Thursdays on 6th and 20th, each at different times.
Another range of sports is provided by TV Langenlonsheim. A new Aerobic program begins on March 6, always from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. in TV Halle. Registrations are also required and can be obtained from Katharina Wolf by email.
For nature lovers, a guided single hike in Monzingen is ideal. Under the direction of Beate Thome, a certified nature and landscape leader, the hike lasts between 3 and 4 hours and extends over 8 kilometers. Interested parties can experience nature for 12 euros per person, including tea around the campfire. Registration takes place directly at Beate Thome.

The Humboldt Institute has a variety of German courses for children, adolescents and adults for 2025. In addition to all -year -old courses, programs are also offered for both beginners and advanced people in several cities in Germany. These include courses in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Munich and Vienna, which are combined with extensive leisure activities.
The largest campus in the institute is located in Bad Schussenried, where more than 300 students can be accommodated. Sports activities and various creative premises are available here. For younger students between the ages of 10 and 13, there are also special courses in Bad Schussenried, Reimlingen and Bad Dürkheim.
In addition, German courses for adults in Berlin and Constance are offered, whereby an intensive program is possible with 30 lessons per week. In Constance, participants benefit from the proximity to Lake Constance and the renovated rooms of the family language school.
