Bicycle rental in Bad Kreuznach: Now more freedom on two wheels!

The municipal traffic Rhein-Nahne GmbH (KRN) has expanded its mobility offer in Bad Kreuznach and now offers the opportunity to rent bicycles directly at the Krn mobile and information point at the train station. As BYC News , a total of 24 bicycles are available, including 11 pedelecs, 10 city bikes and 3 cargo bikes. This initiative should address both citizens and tourists and offer them flexible and sustainable mobility.

To rent a bike, a one-time registration is necessary, which can be done online via the Krn homepage and on site during opening hours. Booking the bicycles is also possible online, which enables convenient planning for users. Krn Managing Director Uwe Hiltmann and Mayor Emanuel Letter officially presented the new bike rental system and underlined the long tradition of bicycle rental in Bad Kreuznach, which was already taken over by Tourismus and Marketing GmbH in 2004.

booking options and return

The rental prices for the different models are transparent. A city bike can be rented for 15 euros per day, while the pedelecs are available for a period of seven days from 140 euros. Currently, the rental fee is only payable in cash. Users can return their bikes around the clock in the modern bicycle parking garage. Alternatively, the return takes place in the Krn InfoCenter during regular opening times.

In addition, users have the option of using the services of mobility consultants. These are ready to offer support in booking or dealing with bicycle rental systems. If a bike is required without prior reservation, the option is also available.
