Art market in the castle park: a festival for creativity and enjoyment!

On Sunday, June 29th, Bad Kreuznach becomes the scene of the creative arts again. The art market takes place in the Schlosspark for the fourth time and promises a colorful presentation of art and handicrafts. The event attracts artists and art enthusiasts alike and offers the opportunity to get to know the work of talented creatives from the region. The event is organized by the city of Bad Kreuznach in cooperation with the Klein-Venice Bohème.

The event begins at 11 a.m. and ends at 8 p.m., with the stands around the Schlosspark museum being distributed. Until March 31, artists have the opportunity to apply for participation. The applications can be sent by email to anja.gillmann@bad-kreuznach.de. The cultural office will select the artists who can present their works on the art market, which ensures the framework for a diverse and high -quality art exhibition.

artistic diversity and culinary experience

An interesting review of the previous edition of the art market makes it clear what the visitors can expect. In 2024, during the third edition, 36 artists were present, and there were a wide variety of art offers, from paintings and drawings to fashion design, jewelry, sculptures and wood art. This diversity shows the broad spectrum of talents that the region has to offer and invites visitors to discover the creativity on site.

Musical accompaniment caused a pleasant atmosphere last year. The Wiesbaden band "Two and a Box" maintained the guests with their musical repertoire from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mealing opportunities rounded off the experience: from the hearty snack offer of a local butcher's shop to international specialties to refreshing drinks from the Paul Anheuser winery and the Museum Schlosspark.

free admission and close community

Another incentive to visit the art market is the free entry to the Schlossparkmuseum, which also applies last year. This is a welcome incentive to enjoy the cultural offer in Bad Kreuznach and at the same time take the opportunity to appreciate the work of local artists.

With the upcoming event in June, Bad Kreuznach offers a platform that not only gives the artists the opportunity to present their works, but also serves the community at an artistic and culinary event. "It is a wonderful opportunity to experience art and support the region," says the organizers. The upcoming event promises to become another successful edition of the art market in the Schlosspark.
