Heavy traffic accident on B41: Driver fights for his life!
On Monday, December 30, 2024, a serious traffic accident occurred on the B41, near Bad Kreuznach, height of the Steinhardt junction in the direction of Kirn. A 22-year-old driver of an Opel Vectra with his passenger was involved in the accident. The police assume that a speed of the accident is probably not adapted.
According to initial knowledge, the driver lost control of the vehicle, which then crashed into the middle protection schedule and came to a standstill. The driver suffered serious injuries, while the passenger was only slightly injured. Both were able to leave the vehicle independently and were looked after by first aiders before they were medical care and emergency doctors. Afterwards, both injuries were transported to surrounding hospitals.

The estimated property damage amounts to around 15,000 euros. The police are asking witnesses to report on 0671-88110 to get more information about the course of the accident.A similar incident was already reported on the B41 on November 27, 2024, in which a full closure was also required due to a serious accident.
