These events offer interested parties the opportunity to get to know and try out different instruments. The trial dates take place on two Saturdays: on May 17th and June 28, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the cities of Wittlich and Bernkastel-Kues. Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is required.

The individual dates each last 20 minutes to ensure individual support.

Interested parties can contact René Bracht on 06571 14-2398 or by email to rene.bracht@bernkastel-wittlich.de. The trial dates are awarded according to the order of the inquiries. The registration deadline is May 12, 2025. This regulation is intended to ensure that all interested parties are given the opportunity to take part in the trial lessons.

The music school has also provided instrument presentation videos on its website, which are to be called up at www.bernkastel-wittlich.de . These videos help to get a first impression of the instruments offered and to facilitate the decision for a trial date.

additional appointments and hygiene regulations

In addition, trial dates have also been planned in June and July 2025. Different instruments are presented in different locations. On June 26th, participants in the Elector Balduin Realschule and the BBS can try out instruments such as piano, violin and drums in Wittlich. On July 10, further options for instrument experience will follow, including wind instruments and vocals.

The music school attaches great importance to compliance with the current hygiene regulations. The individual dates are organized with 10-minute breaks for ventilation and disinfecting. In addition, the music educators are obliged to present a daily, negative test. These precautions should help to ensure that the events can be carried out safely.

The demand for musical training has been unbroken, and the music school of the Bernkastel-Wittlich district offers an excellent way to immerse yourself in the world of music. The upcoming trial dates promise to provide interesting insights and new experiences for music enthusiasts of all ages.
