The Southern Wine Route association has published a revised hiking brochure entitled “Wanderlust”, which is of great interest for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers. With a total of 23 carefully selected tours, the brochure offers detailed directions, maps, height profiles and GPS data for every route. This makes them an indispensable companion for trips to the picturesque region.

A highlight under the tours presented is the Palatinate Weinsteig. This 172 -kilometer predicate path leads hikers through breathtaking vineyards, dense forests and the impressive Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the Weinsteig, the art path in Kirrweiler, Maikammer and St. Martin is also presented. This creative hike ends in an artistic experience.
