Strike in the public service: a day of demands and changes!

In particular in the areas of care, social work and daycare centers, the loads with 79.1 percent, 63.9 percent and 78.3 percent are correspondingly high.

The tariff demands include a fee increase of 8 percent, at least 350 euros per month, as well as an increase in surcharges for stressful layers such as alternating layer and night work. Ver.di also requires structural changes to improve working conditions. The majority of the employees in these professions are women who are additionally burdened by poor staffing.
