New seminar program for child and youth work in the district of Kleve!
On January 17, 2025, an extensive seminar program for child and youth work will be presented in the district of Kleve. The offer is aimed at both permanent and volunteers. Here, newcomers and already active people should benefit, as it were. The entire program and the registration forms can be found on the website of the district of Kleve at www.kreis-kleve.de/blick-ueber-zen-zaun .
The program includes a variety of highlights that promote both practical knowledge and creative approaches to youth work. Particularly noteworthy is the "Juleica" training, which is carried out in cooperation with five urban youth welfare offices and the Wesel district. The Juleica is a nationwide uniform ID for volunteers in youth work and is supplemented by extensive qualifications, including group management, conflict management, group dynamics and legal foundations.
diverse training options
Another exciting offer is the climbing rock training, which takes place both in the high and low rope garden. In addition, modules are also offered for saving and mountains on the rock. A creative highlight will be the first specialist day for supervisors in holiday and leisure activities on May 17, 2025. Here a circus teacher will give insights into different educational topics and creative opportunities.
In addition, first aid courses for working with children and seminars on topics such as child protection and radicalization are offered. These offers aim to significantly expand the expertise in youth care.
digitization in youth work
Digitization now plays an increasingly important role in youth work. An innovative example of this is the introduction of Juleica Online, a digital platform that enables flexible further training for youth leaders: inside. This platform allows participants to learn at their own pace and to select content according to individual interests.
The courses are available at any time and contain extensive reference materials. Juleica Online does not replace the important personal practice, because the combination of digital elements with practical experience, such as internships and team projects, is crucial for the training of future youth leaders: inside. The self-learning modules that form the basis of the Juleica training include topics such as digital skills, mental health and non-violent communication.
In addition to the digital formats, presence training courses are also offered. Interested parties can submit themed proposals or ideas for course concept at the email address digital@josefstal.de
