As part of a comprehensive assessment, the travel provider TravelCircus determined the best thermal baths in Germany. For this purpose, 300 thermal baths in Germany, Austria and Switzerland were analyzed. The new ranking includes the top 100 thermal baths, which are recommended for a relaxing wellness stay.
The evaluation criteria are varied and include popularity, demand, awareness, price-performance ratio and equipment. Each thermal bath received points from 1.00 to 5.00, which led to a maximum total number of 25. The best thermaleton of Germany is the Therme Erding in Bavaria, which was able to achieve the full score in the categories of demand and equipment.

In the current list, the Therme Erding takes first place, followed by the Therme Euskirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Thermen & Bathwelt Sinsheim in Baden-Württemberg, which has risen from 21 to third place. The Therme Bad Wörishofen from Bavaria is also one of the best thermal baths and occupies sixth place. Compared to the previous rankings, it turns out that the mineral thermal baths Böblingen slipped to 11th place, while the bathing paradise Black Forest takes 29th place.
