On the evening of April 23, 2025, a robbery on a Norma branch occurred in Waldrach. Shortly before 9 p.m., two unknown men entered the "in the Köschwies" street. The eerie atmosphere in the shop was immediately noticeable when one of the perpetrators went into the sales room, while the other steered directly to the cash register.
Both men were completely dressed in black and wore a white mouth protection and a storm hood. In a threatening campaign, they aimed firearms and another employee. These were tied up while the perpetrators fled with a larger cash amount. Fortunately, the employees managed to free themselves from their situation and alert the police.

The perpetrators were described as follows: the first was about 1.75 meters tall and wore a white mouth protection in the shop, while the second wore a black storm hood with a size of approx. 1.80 meters. Both had talked to an unknown accent in German. The police have taken over the investigation, but so far the search for the robbers has remained unsuccessful. The employees suffered minor injuries to the wrists and were in shock, which is why they were treated by a doctor.
