On Saturday, January 25, 2025, an intensive course for the Feldenkrais Method® takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event is carried out in the auditorium of the adult education center, in fact in the outdoor staircase Kreisaula. The course entitled "Feldenkrais Method® - Course A" aims to create new links in the brain in order to promote the natural learning ability of the human nervous system. This method was developed by Moshé Feldenkrais, a pioneer in this area, between 1904 and 1984.
